Commission / remuneration disclosure
Ekaiva is a distributor and earns commission or remuneration from the product manufacturers whose products we distribute. We do not charge you a separate advisory fee. Our remuneration does not, and must not, form the basis of any product we help you access; we are required to disclose all material commissions we receive or may receive.
Mutual Funds (Regular Plan)
We receive trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on investments mobilized under the Regular Plan of mutual fund schemes. Indicative trail commission ranges are below. These are indicative and are subject to change at the AMC’s discretion; the exact rate varies by AMC and scheme.

If you invest through any digital/transaction facility we provide, the plan you subscribe to is the Regular Plan, which involves payment of commission to Ekaiva. Scheme documents (SID/SAI/KIM) and the applicable commission rates for competing schemes are available on request and via the respective AMC websites. PMS / AIF / SIF / GIFT City funds
Where you invest in these products through Ekaiva as a distributor, we may receive distribution commission or trail from the respective portfolio manager / fund / manufacturer. The amount and structure vary by product and provider and will be disclosed to you before you invest.
Insurance
We receive commission from the insurer as per IRDAI norms for the products we solicit as [Corporate Agent / POSP]
Equity / securities
Transactions in the securities business are executed through Manashvi Securities Limited, of which Ekaiva is an Authorized Person; brokerage and statutory charges apply as per the broker’s tariff.
Conflict of interest and limited product list
We try to avoid conflicts of interest; where one cannot be avoided, we disclose it to you and treat you fairly. If we distribute products of a group/associate entity, we will disclose that association. The products we help you access are limited to those of the manufacturers we are empaneled with; other suitable products not distributed by us may also be available in the market, and you are free to consider them before making a decision. The list of AMCs / product partners we are associated with is available on request.
We do not pass back or rebate any part of our commission to investors, as required by the AMFI Code of Conduct.
