This website is owned and operated by Ekaiva, an AMFI-registered
Mutual Fund & Specialized Investment Funds Distributor (ARN-305896) and an APMI-registered Distributor of Portfolio Management Services (APRN-04850). Ekaiva also distributes Alternative Investment Funds and GIFT City / IFSC fund structures, and is an Authorized Person of Manashvi Securities Limited for the securities (equity) business.
As a distributor, our role is limited to facilitating access to, and helping you understand, financial products offered by SEBI-, IFSCA- and IRDAI-regulated providers, and to helping you identify options that may be suitable for your stated goals and risk profile. Ekaiva does NOT provide investment advisory services under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, does NOT act as a Portfolio Manager or Asset Management Company, and does NOT manage funds or securities on your behalf. – Portfolio Management Services (PMS): minimum investment of Rs. 50 lakh; intended for eligible investors; returns are not assured and are subject to market and strategy risk.
– Alternative Investment Funds (AIF): typically a minimum commitment of Rs. 1 crore; high-risk products for qualified/eligible investors only.
– Specialized Investment Funds (SIF): minimum investment of Rs. 10 lakh; may use higher-risk, actively managed strategies; for experienced investors.
– GIFT City / IFSC funds: regulated by the IFSCA; may be denominated in foreign currency and carry currency, jurisdiction, and product-specific risks; eligibility and taxation depend on your residential status and applicable law.
