We use your data to: respond to your enquiries; facilitate and service your investments in mutual funds, PMS, AIF, SIF, GIFT City funds, insurance, and securities; complete KYC and regulatory requirements; send you updates you have opted in to; and comply with applicable law. We may share your data with: the Asset Management Companies, Registrars & Transfer Agents CAMS/KFinTech), portfolio managers, funds, insurers, the stock broker (Manashvi Securities Limited), and KYC Registration Agencies necessary to process your transactions; regulators and authorities where required by law; and service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations. We do NOT sell your personal data, and we do not share it with group companies for cross-marketing without your consent.

5. Data security and retention

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights (as a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023)
